Our Clients

At Global Minds Psychology, we are dedicated to providing high-quality psychological support to English-speaking adults located anywhere in the world, except for North America (due to insurance restrictions).

We work with a wide range of clients, particularly expatriates living abroad and members of LGBTIQ communities. We aim to make mental health services more accessible to those in regions where mental health systems are in their infancy or are developing.

Our services are provided under a hybrid model, offering in-person sessions when we are in-country and online sessions between these periods.

Adults

Comprehensive Support for Adults

We support English-speaking adults in various locations, including bustling cities, regional towns, and remote rural areas, ensuring they have access to high-quality mental health services.

Our approach is client-centered and tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, utilising evidence-based therapies and interventions for effective support. We work with clients of all body types and shapes, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, physical abilities, genders, sexualities, HIV / STI statuses, and we are sex-positive and BDSM and kink friendly and non-judgmental.

In some situations, we may work with older adolescents, if they are almost of adult age. Unfortunately, we do not work with couples or provide couples therapy, nor do we work with people currently located in North American countries (due to insurance restrictions).

Travellers

Expatriates & Travellers

Supporting Global Citizens

At Global Minds Psychology, we focus on providing psychological support to expatriates and frequent travellers.

Adjusting to new cultures and environments can be challenging, and we offer tailored services to help expats navigate cultural adjustment, manage isolation, and address family dynamics while abroad.

Whether you are living in a foreign country or constantly on the move, our flexible online services ensure you have access to high-quality mental health support, no matter where you are in the world.

LGBTIQ Communities

Inclusive and Affirming Care

We understand that it can be difficult for gender and sexuality diverse people to access safe, confidential, and stigma-free support.

Our psychologists are aware of the issues unique to this population and are committed to providing a supportive and understanding environment.
